The Exhibition Catalogue Awards for 1994

Abstract

Sixty-five exhibition catalogs were submitted this year for the 1994 Katharine Kyes Leab and Daniel J. Leab American Book Prices Current Exhibition Catalogue Awards. This was the ninth year the awards have been presented. The Exhibition Catalogue Awards Committee spent four and a half hours in deliberations at the ALA Midwinter Meeting in Los Angeles. The committee had a difficult task selecting this year’s winners from the vast array of entrants, many of which provided excellent examples of the marriage of form and content.
