Where the Catalogues Are: A Check List for Obtaining Recent Rare Book Exhibition Catalogues

Abstract

The following list of exhibition catalogues submitted for honors in 1988 to the Association of College and Research Libraries’ Rare Books and Manuscripts Section Exhibition Catalogues Awards Committee grew out of the desire to recognize such publications as widely as possible, and to note their availability. A further goal is the encouragement of increased submissions leading to more comprehensive lists in the future, as the work of this Awards Committee is more widely publicized.
